Not a newcomer, not a player that's been top 5 or 6 before.

For me it'd be Gasquet. It'd be so nice to see him suddenly GOATing and cracking backhand winners deep in slams.

Dimitrov..

Don't think it will happen anymore though..

Young gun, doesn't count ;)

I'd say karlovic ( ;) ) or for fishy to rank better than 8th :)

Ok fair enough.. I thought that he sort of had established himself.. been on tour now for some years isn't it?

Don't know if Nalbandian has been top 5 or 6, but I would, but if he hasn't, that would be my answer.

Lol Good luck with that. Fish has peaked. He will be lucky if he is still in the top 10 by Roland Garros.

I would like to see Soderling back or Gasquet (but he has no chance either).

norbac 03-25-2012 12:37 PM

Wawrinka, Gasquet, or Haas with one final good run.

OddJack 03-25-2012 12:46 PM

Jack Sock.

In couple years hopefully

SStrikerR 03-25-2012 12:48 PM

Roddick. He has the ability, but the fitness and style of play don't let him.

I really question Marco's work ethic, determination, and commitment to the game. He is a great ball striker, has a very nice 2hb, and moves pretty well. With all his skills there is no way he should be out of the top 15 if he applied himself. He likes playing big matches and loves the attention they bring. The problem is that he doesnt play consistent enough to play the top players near the end of tournaments.

Homeboy Hotel 03-25-2012 01:14 PM

Verdasco if he didn't play like junk, and Wawrinka...

tennis_pro 03-25-2012 01:24 PM

Den Istomin

You do realise that Reeshard has been ranked as high as 7?

joeri888 03-25-2012 01:30 PM

Robin Haase, David Nalbandian (for re-establish) or Karlovic

Cormorant 03-25-2012 01:31 PM

Olivier Rochus or Dolgopolov(latter's no young gun in tennis terms at twenty-three).

Shangri La 03-25-2012 03:29 PM

Radek Stepanek and his serve & volley.
