my wrist is too sloppy while hitting my forehand
I am pretty sure my techinique is wrong because even though i lay my wrist back before hitting the forehand i always rotate it at the point of contact and during long rallies or while returning powerful shots my wrist flinches and i cant hit my forehand. My forehand is an extremely wristy shot what would you people recommend i do to keep wrist still
