As with all racquets, I'm sure it be replaced/refreshed in due course, but I can't see that it will be before 2014.....
As for the slight price reduction, I think you're reading too much into it. It's only $10 less than the BLX90 and the BLX 6.1 for example. All retailers will trim prices slightly from time to time to stimulate sales.
This is a great playing stick. Not perfect, Wilson QC remains an issue and personally, I'd prefer marginally more flex in the throat, but still a great playing stick. The problem Wilson have is that they've underestimated how many people buy racquets based on how they look rather than how well they play. Personally, I think its absurd that people would place looks above playing characteristics, but if you're in business, you have take into account market preferences.
