Stencil ink

Hi i want to stencil my racket but all the ink i can get is on the internet and i hate paying for shipping and waiting is there some other kind of paint i can use? I need black that would ruin the strings and playability

A cheap oil based paint would probably ruin the strings & probably the playability too.
