2 pc recommeded, what if I do 1 pc

I'm a new stringer (with just 2 racquets stringing experience only)...

I have BLX JUICE 100 and wilson recommends 2 pc stringing for Juice.
So far, i done only 2 pc as recommended but wondering what if i do 1 pc...would it affect playability?

I'd stick with a 2 piece. It's really easier (IMO), Especially for a new stringer.

I agree with TB, it's faster to do a two piece than doing an ATW, especially when you have a starting clamp. As a new stringer, one should get more practice doing tie offs.

i suggest doing 3 piece

I agree with tbuggle 2 piece is going to be easier but Wilson allows 1 piece also. It will depend a lot on what type stringer you have and how the strings are clamped. If you are using flying clamps I would definitely use two piece because of the transition from mains to crosses.

Ha ha zap... ha ha. My buddy showed me a sick 3 piece box pattern the other day. Multi middle mains with poly all on the outside and the crosses.

When a manufacturer says 2pc only, they have a reason.
Many Head racquets seem like they can be done 1pc (mains tying off at the head), but it can damage the frame, especially at higher tensions.

Where is it that you read Wilson recommends 2-piece stringing for the BLX 100? On TW it shows the tie-offs for 1-piece. On the Wilson site it lists the instructions for 1- or 2-piece stringing.
