"Hungry For Change" docu
 

So, was checking out the new big screen TV (thanks to TG sale ;)) at my friends and stumbled across this movie "Hungry For Change" on netflix



Pretty interesting documentary...few interesting things I remember on top of my head are:

• We are not eating food anymore...we are eating food like products
• No matter how many calories you eat...if you are not getting the proper nutrition, you will stay hungry
• Parsley cleanses your entire blood supply and it also gives you fresh breath, it contains so much chlorophyl that it cleanses the whole system
• Cilantro binds with the mercury and eliminates it from the body so it doesn’t get lodged in your brain cells
• Smoothie with parsley and cilantro and you have done your detox

very important stuff.
it's pretty obvious it's all very true, especially when living in US.
i myself would'nt mind drinking those veg juices, i really like them.
but it's a lot of hassle to clean the juicer after each use :(
