I do insanity on a regular basis and love it for tennis. My foot work and preparation for the ball have improved greatly. And my endurance in the 3rd set has improved greatly. Plyometrics and interval training are fantastic. Also, my knees feel great.

It is called Insanity and there is an infomercial on TV all the time. It makes me exhausted watching it.
