Manuals for Stringing Machines

I think it is time we consolidate our owner's manuals for stringing machines. I'm not sure how to post them online but a list would be helpful if you were willing to share through email.

Over the last few days, I have either emailed, received, or looked at the following stringer manuals.

Prince Neos 1000
Prince P200
Prince MP100
Ektelon Model H

I know there are others out there who have more to add to the collection. I suppose you shouldn't share if you don't want to be bothered.

Dak, thanks for the manual! It was very interesting to read.
Most Gamma manuals are available online. I think I have a Babolat Sensor manual, but I'll have to scan it.

Recently I picked up an Eagnas 710 second hand but without a manual. Tried Google but couldn't find one. Anyone have one or know a link?

Too bad www.Retrevo.com doesn't have it. they let you download, for free.

try bugmenot.com

Also, if anyone gets these PDFs, you can e-mail them to me (my screenname at gmail). I'd be happy to host them.

I'll also note here that Gamma posts its manuals for their machines here:

3002 Calibration Offset Adjustment

Bertold: From what I understand, the offset and calibration (gain) adjustment is same as Star 4 or 2502E machines. You see they both use the same loadcell and motherboard.

The real trick is how to remove the turntable so that the white machine fascia can be removed to give access to the adjustment potentiometers on the floating PC board. I understand there is a secret button that is somehow part of the process to allow user to remove the turntable.

OH, you must use a spring tension gauge to set the calibration (gain). It seems that digital tension gauges tend to give erroneous readings.

Sorry, that's all the information I have on this topic,

Albert

Mr. Albert, I set 10 kg she pull 19.5 kg (15 kg pull 29 kg etc.). I remove the turntable, no problem. They have three potentiometers( on pictures). Which is for offset ,which is for gain.I have spring tension gauge. Can you send me detailed instructions for calibration and offset adjustment on my mail bertoldder@gmail.com . You are my last chance. Best regards
