Is the Babolat SFX the most comfortable shoe that there is? How is the ventilation?

It's certainly up there for me. It fits my foot shape the best for sure. The cushioning is ample and I didn't find the ventilation to be a problem.

As far as comfortable shoes go, I'd have to put the Vapor 9 Tour up there as well.

Probably not supposed to comment here, but couldn't resist. These shoes rock. I put up a review on the all-blue ones. They are super comfy! First time I bought shoes just on doing research w/o trying on first, and it was a big success.

How is the stability in terms of protecting your ankles?

Didn't find it to be an issue at all. They are pretty stable.

IMO they're not as supportive as other tennis shoes for the ankle, but I haven't had sprains or anything like that wearing them. The first time that happens I guess I'll probably wear an ankle sleeve to compensate. The shoes are just too comfy inside and are the first ones I've found not to cause any toe bruising. But if that's what you are focused on, I think you may find more ankle-supportive shoes out there.

I like both comfort and support. The Resolution 5 are a shoe to look at. Looking forward to the TW review. But, I will have these Babolats in my list.
