Does Propulse 4 come only in ONE COLOUR/variation?

There will be two colorways launching on 2/1. There will be a black/yellow and a white/blue colorway.

There was a rumor that Propulse 4 should be ordered a half size LARGER than Propulse 3
Is it true?

We still don't have them in stock, so we have yet be able to do a fit test on them. Like Tiff mentioned, as soon as they come into stock we will have a fit description posted.
