Racquet with the lowest swingweight ever?
I'm looking for an adult racquet with the lowest possible swingweight, something below 250 or 260. Anyone know of anything that low?
Lowest I found on TW's Raquet Finder were some old Head oversizes with swingweight around 270-280. |
For what purpose is this racket? Do you have some grand customization plan and need a light base? Do you like the racket to twist uncontrollably in your hand? Is it for a junior player?

The old Dunlop Revelation Tour Pro Superlong +1.0, apart from possibly having the longest racquet name in history, also had a SW around 300 if I recall correctly but that was at 28 inches length. The head was incredibly light. Cut down to 27" (and possibly removing the grommets) might do the trick.

Some were only about 230g strung. They were very head heavy, but if you put about 30g lead under the end of the handle, I'd have thought you would have a swingweight of around 260? Even though it would be very polarized so maybe not what you are after! |
![]() But seriously, the racket with the lowest swingweight in TWU database is the BLX Tour Lite. But I reckon some older rackets like the Hammer 4 (old Venus Williams racket) to be lighter. |
