Blisters and sore skin of the palm and fingers, how to best prevent...?

Any good tips on preventing blisters and sore skin of the palm and fingers.

Don't squeeze the grip, use the right overgrip for you, bigger size handle. yes....

But I am more interested in ways to prevent and repair before and after hitting the court!

Give me your best tips, thank you

Hi there! I know you probably hear over and over, use the right overgrip, but it really does make a difference. I used to get blisters all the time using a certain grip, and then I switched to something a little more tacky and it made all the difference. If you're using a drier grip, like tournagrip, try something tackier like gamma, these always worked well for me: http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/Gamm...GAMMA-GSO.html

and they come in lots of different colors too!

How many days a week do you play? It might also be that if you haven't played in a while you're getting blisters. Or maybe your skin is just prone to blisters. Try moisturizing your hands with a good hand lotion, and you might want to try a scrub.

This company makes fantastic all natural scrubs, using sea salt from the dead sea! http://sabonnyc.com/scrubs/body-scru...y-scrub-9.html
Plus, your hands will smell heavenly! :-)

I hope that helps!!!
