Team Head

I just applied for the team head sponsorship. Found an application on line and decided to submit one. Does anyone know what the requirements are? On the site it just says something like "for up and coming junior players." There are no real ranking requirements listed. My national ranking is in 400's and sectional is in twenties.

Not quite to either yet. But I have over 6 months in this age division so it's almost a given i will be there by my birthday. Thank you for reply.
