Best tension for more depth

I herd I should string looser but how loose? I also don't want to sacrifice spin on my western forehand too. Any help? :)

For polys i like to string under 55 the lower you string will be great for the arm, i get plenty of spin but may increase power. I suggest for polys 40-50 im going to try 48lbs

There is also a thread here where they go below 30lbs! check out what they have to say

Try going 10% lower than your current tension as a start and see how that works. If not enough depth go down another 10%. First read J011y Roger Guide To Strings in FAQ section then go out and experiment.

Wrong direction. You should TIGHTEN the strings by 2-3 lbs. Better yet, hit the ball 6 inches higher over the net, and you'll get added depth.
