Quinoa .. where do you get yours?

Quinoa seems rather expensive to get from regular stores...esp if your consumption is regular than once in a while..
I've read people saying they get it in bulk for cheaper...
wondering if any of you get quinoa in bulk.. from where?

Trader Joes, never noticed it being expensive.

Costco has a blend with brown rice that is pretty good.

Costco. Big bag, $10 I think.

We have Amazon prime and my daughter said she got some at a good price that way.

If there's a local natural food co-op store around you or a Whole Foods they most likely have it in the bulk section, cheaper by the pound.

+1 for Trader Joe's. Not too expensive?

Although TJ most of time has good prices...other day I saw at a local TJ, it was $5 (4.99) for 2 lbs... I thought that was a bit expensive!

There's a molecular gastronomy restaurant in my town and the chef, who seems to care more for showing how clever he is than for pleasing the customers, recently featured a dish with things that start with "Q." The dish was quail, quinoa, quince, and queso fresco.
