Pro Tennis Training Videos
 
I love watching the health & fitness training videos put out by the likes of Nadal and Sharapova. The ones that show them doing strength and conditioning or using cables, swiss balls etc.

Does anyone know which other players release training videos - normally via social media or if there are any other sites where I can view them?

You can google just about any player and see some portion of his training on video.

It is impressive just how hard they train.

There seems to be a preponderance of outdoor training. (No surprise as most pros keep their gym work a "secret" so as not to let the competition know exactly what they are up to.)

Still, you can get hints at their indoor work from articles such as this:

Of course they all work with trainers and are constantly changing their routines based on schedule/ time off until the next tounament, health/soreness, and adjustments to address "relative weaknesses".

I mainly do pull ups, squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, lunges etc and a core session for tennis. Its all about improving my skill and technique at the recreation/league level where I am at currently, but training for tennis does make me feel better and give me a training focus. I don't do any agility or speed training as it'll hardly make a difference. Its helpful to see what the pro's do in their off court sessions as its good to throw a couple of new exercises into the mix.
