Something Funny About Fed Racket! :)

Hey guys!,

Idk if you found this out but i just did :)

so i was looking online of Roger Federer pictures of this year 2013 and i saw something interesting.

As you see Rogers Racket is completely different from the TW american version you see online It more similar to the Europe TW version if u check online!. The paint the same but design is different with the wilson on both sides in the middle, ninety name, on the gold side of the throat had pro staff 90. MAYBE it has a different in weight.
Also he been using the Europe this whole year so far.Even in the BNP Paribas open
BUT!!!!!!

Then i saw this photo of 2012!

You see him using the US TW version.

SO! does federer switch between the american and europe version? is there a differences in weight? just interesting to me :)

Any information helpful!

THANK YOU!

Some poor underpaid worker in China applied the decals differently, for reasons we can only speculate...

well spotted mate!

The 2013 version has the "ninety" instead of "90".

Also noticed that. It's "new painjob" of Pro Staff. Wilson's web page presented it few weeks ago. Specs are the same.

So wait, they updated the paintjob a year later?

Wilson is nuts. maybe they upgraded the frames to make them decent on durability as well?

I don't think so. Just some slight cosmetic modifications like the "ninety".

It's nothing. Some someone said above they just updated the decals for 2013.

The wilson in the middle on both side. instead of one side on it left. the Prostaff six.one 90 change too Prostaff 90. i think fed signature on both sides of the racket O.o. not sure tho.

That top picture is the start of the new year, where as the bottom picture is from the world tour finals. Maybe, Roger just liked the paint of the europe one better for 2013.

all it is, is wilson rebranding their frames. They want to separate these from the six one line thats why these are known as the pro staff 90, 95 and 100L now. just like you will see slight differences in the blade 104. older painjobs have it as BLX blade 101 newer ones have it as BLX Blade 104L same with the Juice 100 is now Juice 100L. as for the prostaff line i believe dropping hte six one is long overdue consider these frames were built off the 6.0 platform and not the 6.1
