Is this stringing pattern legal?

I tested out this stringing pattern and noticed that it gives noticeably more spin. The crosses interweave. Is there any reason why this would be illegal?

Definitely illegal. The whole string bed must be uniform.

Is this for spin?

What if you do the whole bed like the upper half and not string the bottom half normal?

Still illegal, you have to have a uniform cross as well.

I am a little confused how this string pattern would give you more spin....the Mains's wouldn't be able to move and snap back easier, it should produce less spin.

The real issue is the large gaps in the center of the stringbed that are larger than some of the smaller gaps that are interspersed about due to the slanted crosses. The rules are clearer than my wordy explanation.... I'll look for it

From the ITF Rules of Tennis.

"Appendix II

a. The hitting surface, defined as the main area of the stringing pattern bordered by the points of entry of the strings into the frame or points of contact of the strings with the frame, whichever is the smaller, shall be flat and consist of a pattern of crossed strings connected to a frame and alternately interlaced or bonded where they cross. The stringing pattern must be generally uniform and, in particular, not less dense in the centre than in any other area.
The racket shall be designed and strung such that the playing characteristics are identical on both faces."
