a trip to San Jose

hi Guys,

I will have a business trip to San Jose from Oct 20th to 25th. it's my first time to the US and I am really excited. Are there any strong 3.5 players who have interest to hit with me and let me have a taste of the local tennis environment? I am just thinking if I need to bring my PSB95 or not.

;-)

Did you mean San Jose? :)

I have no idea what a PSB95 is. Possibly a racquet? Bring any decent racquet, shoes, and a big bottle of water. That's all you need.
I live in San Jose, and I'm 3.5, but don't consider myself a strong 3.5
51 year old male.

hi,

great to know you.

yes, PSB95 is Wilson prostaff blx 95. but after a 2nd thought, I may not bring it with me this time, quite inconvenient. I will bring tennis shoes though:)

hope I can play with you during my stay in San Jose.

I'm in Hawaii, but I grew up near San Jose. I was asking where you live because I used to live in Suzhou 2004-5 and travelled around a bit while I was there...never to Shenzhen, though :(

There were a lot of San Jose companies in Suzhou (and lots of other Chinese cities, obviously), so was just curious on the off chance you were from there. Whenever the workers from China used to visit us, they'd always comment on the blue sky. I hope you have time for some sightseeing when you visit - San Francisco and redwood trees.

I just loved it so much in China - the food, culture, gardens, temples, so many fun people I met there. I really miss it a lot. Good times!

hi Vanhool,

it's nice to know you liked it so much in China. I will definitely look you up when I go to Hawaii in the future.
