Weight lifting exercises or nonlifting for your back?

I lift weights regularly as well as cardio. I use a number of exercise for my back and it really helps with my tennis. For my back I do bendover rows, lat pull downs, cable rows, and pull ups.

All of the above once a week for upper and mid back plus daily crunches, side bridges and bird dogs to target the core stablizing muscles around the lumbar spine. Have a bad low back so aggressive low back flexion,extension and torsional exercises are verboten.
