Help on my serve
I use too much arm on my serve. I try to keep my feet planted and use my body to get more power and spin on my serve, but then I keep falling into my old habit again. Does anyone have a tip that will help me on this?

Don't try to keep your feet planted. That will stop you from getting to weight transfer and fluid motion needed for a good, spinful serve. I assume you are using a platform stance keeping your back leg back through motion. Toss the ball a little, little more out in front and by the time you start to swing to make contact with the ball, all of your weight should be on your front foot. This also requires a healthy knee bend.

Thanks Tennsdog. A teaching pro told me to keep my feet planted, because he noticed I keep pulling my right foot around too early, so I lost all power on my serve.
