I think so, Ive played on hard court and Clay ( not Hartru, actual clay ) and the difference between the two are very noticeable.
I deffently play better on clay and can beat opponents on clay that...

Do the balance test WITH the bracelet first, then do it without the bracelet....
I have not tried this yet but my theory is that the balance test works for them because of muscle...
