I had one.....the pro at my club really pushed them. Biggest mistake I ever made. Good spin but too light overall....hurt my arm and shoulder...took me some time to recover.

NorCal has TTC in some places!!!
I live in San Jose, Calif. Comcast just recently added the Tennis Channel...it's great...I watch it all the time....best 4.95 I've spent in a long time!!!!! Ben.

Advice on a knee brace for tennis?
Anyone out there using a good quality flexible knee brace that you could recommend?..I have some pateller tendonitus and some minor instability in one knee that gives me some trouble moving quickly...

Fremont has the Men's 3.5 National Team...
Although most of the members have been bumped up to 4.0....the team is based out of the Fremont Tennis Center located at Lake Elizabeth on Stevenson Dr. in Fremont. Other places to pick up a game...

Half our team got "bumped up"!!
Here's the skinny on the ratings for our team that just came back from Nationals.....we had 20 active players on the roster....of that 20 half (10 guys) got "ESR" (Early Start Ratings) back in June...
