It's not very fun. Everything is a half-step late, making your opponent's shots feel faster and heavier, while yours are weaker and ill-timed. Just gotta go for your shots quicker, and take longer...

I ask because i'm not very thin. However, I consider myself to be fit. My best (current) mile is about 6:15. I keep up with track guys on the 100m (note: I'm not a runner)....
