Sounds like you are not setting the height...

Sounds like you are not setting the height adjustment properly. Try moving the height adjustment to the middle position as you should see a difference.

The Star is a great machine and if I was not changing speeds and heights so much for my kids and wife I would not even consider the Pro, as I think it is $300.00 more.

The difference is just a manual knob on the side...

The difference is just a manual knob on the side vs a electric switch. It's just a matter of being lazy I guess.

I know some bags just don't have much function and are not that durable. I am looking for the best of both worlds. Some people buy bags based on brand on looks. That does not matter much to me.
