Just basing this on the fact that original poster is from Atlanta where ALTA is widespread.

Dallas is pretty much USTA or bust. Although the USTA leagues are very competitive.

Don't be silly there. A&M has 10 players on the roster (really 9 as one is way below level). Texas has 10 players on the roster (all have played in multiple team matches this year).

Workout A is the lift exercises.
Workout B are the plyometrics.
It's all one workout though. A/B/A/B/A/B/etc.
If you go w/ strength training, you only need to hit it 2-3 times per week.
