hello..

Thought I'd drop a quick update.....played tonight, 4th outing since the September surgery and re-start in January........ground strokes continue to be fine, pain free.....I dropped roughly 15lbs...

Thought I'd throw in an update...saw the doctor today, roughly 7 week out. Cleared to stop PT formally, just keep at strengthening the whole shoulder...Told me to keep away from any stressful uses,...
