I have been clocked at 110, and I know I can serve harder than that. 130? No, but I have seen people who are not pro's or Div I players that have flirted with 135.

My flat serve is too inconsistent to use it often. But when I do, it's usually 95-105. Slices, kicks, and twists are too useful and consistent for me to try to throw in too many bombs.
