Agreed. I'm in pretty good shape as I work out along with my team every day. Luckily, I have pretty good genes as my weight isn't as issue. Not yet, anyway!

53, 4.5, playing the Volkl PB 10 Mid. Love everything about this stick. I hit a pretty big topspin FH and 1hbh. It's a demanding racquet but when you hit it good, it's real good!

If he's got an extreme (grip or grips), try to keep the ball low and slicing. Step in a chip it. Generally, figure out what he doesn't hit as well and feed him a steady diet of those type of balls....
