Ban the grunters

As said above, it is a hindrance. Across the board enforcement of the rule would stop it immediately. It's inexplicable why the major tournaments do not enforce the rule.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking with the lead tape. But I don't really know how to neutrally add the weight to make the balance the same.
