Make sure you bend those knees..this is so imperative to striking a 1hbh. The rear leg needs to bend more than the lead leg, this will ensure a vertical, proper posture when making contact.

Tourna Grip question
Has anybody ever left the plastic on the grip on when putting on the overgrip? I'm thinking it would add like another 1/16 or maybe 1/8 inch to the size. Maybe some added comfort? Just wondering.
