I trust my backhand in rallies and when I want to go for the kill. I need to improve it by adding more height/spin, but it's a pretty reliable weapon in my game.

But I simply cannot hit a backhand...

As a guy with a ohbh, I agree that the high and heavy shots to my backhand are the toughest to deal with. I usually slice them back.

I had that racquet in high school. Super control, low power, and felt light at the time. No idea what the specs actually are but I loved that racquet.

Thank you for the detailed response! I love the APD for groundstrokes but I really don't want to risk not being able to play because my arm or shoulder is too sore. Ill give the extreme a try as well!

I was looking for tennis shirts that had the same designs worn by the top pros in the 80s, particularly McEnroe, Lendl, and Edberg. Have any of the brands rereleased those shirts?

Thank you for the detailed feedback. When you say the racquet needs to be lower, you are talking about the entire racquet, not the racquet head, right?
