Nrg2 is the softest string I ever used. Too soft maybe, and loses tension very rapidly and keep losing until breaking. It has good power, nice feel, and that mushy feel everyones talking about....

They don't sell it by half set. You have to buy the whole set and cut it in half yourself. Although I haven't tried any natural gut hybrid with lux, I would have to say gosen og sheep is best...

I was very disappointed with the Ace. Monogut isn't any better, but for 4 bucks...not too shabby. If your willing to go Ace route, add 1 mo buck and get the Alu power. It's uber better.
