I can understand how it's really hard for the LTA...

I can understand how it's really hard for the LTA to put everyone up or down at one time but it's their own fault. They need a clear, see through and simple system which is fair and reasonable....

He should have been picked. As far as I know, he's the highest rating and ranked in his county. He's also a hard worker with a good attitude. There was no reason not to pick Fin than jealousy or bias.

18 hours seems like a lot to do with just 2 people as an 8.2. It's up to you though, do what you want. I'm sure you'll improve quickly enough playing that much.
