Leaded up racquet...flatter shots?

-Leaded up LM Radical MP -> flatter shots than expected.
-It is affecting my serve percentage. (Perhaps I should experiment with a different toss placement?)
-Spin strings
-I understand the...

How does Priority One add weight to the handle?

How does Priority One add weight to the handle? Do they use a custom weighted buttcap? And if they do, how far up from the buttcap do the weights extend to? Thanks.
