If you hit more winners then unforced errors you will win the match.
I think this is 99% correct unless there is a incredibly high level match where both players hit more winners then errors.

but fed uses both, as its impossible to use one...

but fed uses both, as its impossible to use one all the time, every player uses both as its impossible to know if you hit straight or bend elbow etc...

but how would you know which one you are hitting with? wouldnt it change depending on the shot etc and footwork...

What are these concepts,
I meant you cant have a straight arm at contact cause elbow will always be bent as your hitting your fh to your rh side but a bit infront obviously for power.

What is a straight arm , federers arm is straight but shoulder to elbow is bent obviously cause he hitting it slightly infront of shoulders... what you mean

Ivanovics forehand is much more flatter and across the body , with wrist going across the body more the up it after contact , therefore hitting it much flatter...

I hit the ball extremely well, and yet when i have a chance to control and dictate the point i just put it back into play and am happy to react to their shots and let them dictate , yet in practice...

yeap i do , i realised i was just pushing it back...

yeap i do , i realised i was just pushing it back instead of smashing it for a winner, all about racquet head speed and flattening it out or topspinnng for a set up.
