my complaint is that the USTA is complaining about lack of talent in junior national tournaments but in reality, there a ton of players in So Cal and other big sections that meet the criteria to play...

you can break down the rankings any way you want, if you look at the top 100 you will see there are 18 boys from CA 1-100. compared to the total of 9 from NY, 10 from TX, 13 from FL.
