I find the technifibre clip to be perfect. The dampened feel it provides is truly a unique feel. Somewhere bt a rubber band and the bab custom damp. It also weighs less than any others.

I would buy sets of cyclone, tour bite, and tourna bhb7. You'll find tb most similar to alu but the other two are excellent polys as well. Those three will give you a good idea of what else is out...

Just tried bhbr -- incredible string, but only for about 8hrs -- then the control/spin fades quickly. It's justified though at its price, and because since I string now.
