from the sounds of it, ultra spin is a twisted version of blue gear with a rough surface. Should be a spin monster.

Blue Gear is a good spin string. Also Polyfibre Hexa Blade. Right now I am using Genesis typhoon and it has lots of ball bite.

It is of course personal preference so it is hard to say which is better or which is worse. Black Magic is a good option. It plays fairly well but not as much spin as Black Code. I have not seen yet...
