I have tested it since Oct, on clay court, hard court, carpet; 3 diameters, 2 different racquets.
Main difference is surely the responsiveness, neither Hex nor Hex Plus is close to +38 in that...

I got mine in mint condition for 100 Euros, though it has grip 3 while I usually use grip 2. Had to reduce it by using a Prince ResiThin base grip. Using a + 5g butt cap and I add about 2g of lead...
