I won't step on a tennis court without ASO braces on both ankles. They've saved my bacon more times than I can count. Worth their weight in gold IMO.

This has been my experience too. I find that I am a much more disciplined eater if I am working out. I don't want to "undo" all my hard work by eating a ton of junk food.
