garbage, I think we all missed a few of your original questions. Basically a 2H is like a forehand on the other side, your left being dominant since you're a righty. Keys for me were good shoulder turn/footwork, dropping the racquet a little to get topspin, and fixing my elbow & wrist through the stroke. You don't want to slap at it with your wrists, which many people do.
I think it's NoBadMojo who advocates practicing a left handed forehand. I think that's good advice, but I've never really tried it.
