It would be pretty close in most cases, but the very best juniors in the world would beat the best college players. Look at Nadal, say last year at age 16, he would likely beat the best college players, like Amer Delic. A guy like Donald Young at 16 is going to beat most if not all college players, but it wouldn't be a blow out, the top college players are capable of playing on the tour. It also depends what you mean by "junior player" because a lot of these guys are already pros at age 16.
