Sanchez-Casal is a very good academy, with a good name (and all the coaches are RPT!!!). However there is a danger that it is becoming a bit like IMG Bolletieri in that the name is now bigger than the results and that you need money rather than talent to train there. In fairness, academies are a business and the mass players pay the bills for the talented ones to train.
In terms of the coaching, it's mostly built on repetition and drills - actually the same drills repeated over and over again. The work ethic instilled in the players is phenominal.
If you want to see a less commercial academy in action try Elitennis at Club de Gimeno as discussed earlier in the thread. Smaller in scale but more personal for it.
