Does anyone have proof that Anaerobic workouts are better than aerobic for endurance training? I read an article, and I'm trying to convince my coach to do more sprints than distance, and I think a scholarly article could help out quite a bit.
I'm Mr. Anaerobic, doing weights while skipping cardio so I'm all for anaerobic training over aerobic training, but I've never heard of anaerobic training being more beneficial for endurance. Where did you get this info? I'd like to see this article because I don't know of any world class sprinters outlasting marathon runners.
