Re weighted racquets VS wrist weights
I spent the week playing with a 1KG wrist weight on the racquet arm and spent two , two hour serving sessions with it on and it felt great , adding power , acting as a damper and giving the feeling of having done some weight work on the arm. No negitaves.
I look forward to experimenting with the lead tape , if I can find it here in the South of France. I like the idea of raising the sweet spot .
