Conditioning suggestions
well i'm a 14 year old tennis player.
And one of my goals (out of many) is to become in really good shape before I start my freshman year.
Any tips on how I can condition myself into bringing up the physical part of my game?
It's really good compared to alot of other juniors in 14 and under but i've got to be ready for the 16's.
Can be anything, just give me some good tips.
