Hey Larry, don't know what part of the country you are in but there are several ways to go about this. My former club constructed three hard courts and then leased the steel frame and canvas cover from a firm that specializes in those things. However, after about four years, they did away with the courts and made an indoor soccer arena. That's when I left the club. The story was they couldn't make enough on the indoor charges. I live in South Carolina where we can play ourdoors 90% of the time so they may have had good business argument. The internet should have lots of info. My club used Welch Tennis out of Florida who basically subbed the jobs to local contractors.
