Translation: Ridiculously expensive with a niche market silly enough to pay the price.
This is the ultimate collectible for the Becker fan.
I hope the price is due to a high purchase price by TW with a comparatively reasonable markup.
However, I have a problem with "collectible racquets" in general; being that, like finely crafted cars, these tools were made to live, to run through the wind. Any structurally sound racquet hanging on the wall, or sitting in a display case never to be played with is a true shame.
Bye, bye Babolat. Going to Pacific.
