I didnt know Fila was owned by SKOR. But Sergio Tacchini i believe back in 2006 was in the process of a two stage buyout from a chinese clothing supply chain. Basically the company was leasing ST until they decided they wanted to buy them out or not. I dont really know what happened after that. The few Sergio Items I got are pretty decent though also, but I think that was still under the original company when those items are made. The new ST stuff is kinda plain.
